Accessing through the front door you enter into an impressive entrance hall with marble staircase which takes you to the upper floors. The hall of the villa has two exclusive eighteenth-century Chinese vases and bronze lamps. Spanning about 250 m², this floor also has a Ping-Pong, foosball, pool table, tbale games, a relaxation area, comfortable sofas, a 55 inch TV, a bar area and a quiet reading place. Also on this floor are two of the 8 bedrooms, one en suite bathroom and another separate bathroom.

Four double bedrooms await going up to the first floor. Two of which has en suite bathrooms while the other two a shared bathroom. The main room in this floor also has an elegant whirlpool tub. Two of the bedrooms have access to a small balcony. All are beautifully decorated and well-stocked.

The huge dining room that can seat 16 people and the spacious living room are on this floor. The living room is furnished with comfortable white leather sofas, a Cable-ready 55’‘television, and other fine furniture and decors.

Just off the living room you find the modern kitchen. It has Italian design furniture, a breakfast bar and a large food preparation area, with all the essentials and conveniences of a modern kitchen. From the kitchen, guests have direct access to the pool, Jacuzzi and the garden. The pool is 8x4 meters and is surrounded by tropical wood surfaces and hammocks. There is also an outside dining area with table and chairs. Furthermore, there is a 6 sleeps Jacuzzi; a perfect place to relax and pamper yourself after a long day.

On to the second floor you’ll find two more double bedrooms. Both have an access to the 160 m² terrace and one has an en suite bathroom. The wooden floor, elegant latticework, comfortable seats and loungers on the terrace offer guests a wonderful 'chill-out' space to enjoy both day and night, all accompanied with beautiful lighting.

A tower room can also be found on this floor which like the two bedrooms, also has an access to the terrace with a view of the neighborhood.
