Pasteur is a lovely neighborhood. It borders between the 6th and 14th districts of Paris. Within walking distance, some of the main attractions are Luxembourg gardens, Montparnasse tower, Montparnasse cemetery, Cartier Foundation, and the Catacombs are just to name a few. There are also plenty of shopping boutiques nearby and along rue de Rennes, as well as plenty of restaurants/cafes. For those of you who like open markets, there are plenty nearby such as Marche Edgar Quinet, Marche Brancusi and Marche Raspail.
