The Space:
Spacious, functional apartment, completely refurbished! It s perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you re staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you ll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- sitting area with TV,
- 1 single sofa bed,
- 1 Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- 1 double sofa bed (140 by 200),
- A storage space,
- A bathroom with shower, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- A separated toilet
- A clothes line, iron and ironing board.

PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.

If you need a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours notice). Subject to availability, we ll happily provide these items.
Please note that baby linen is not supplied.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A €250 deposit is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. The refund is processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.

Internet Access:
Avoid using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted content. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Any Internet malfunctions caused by telecommunications providers are not our responsibility and will not give rise to compensation.

Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 will only be allowed to enter if accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. If this condition is not met, guests will not be permitted to stay on the property, and no refunds will be issued for non-compliance.
