Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Additional Key: This service is exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced keys? If they re left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.
