This beautiful apartment of about 70 square meters is located on the 2nd floor of an historical building that directly faces the Duomo (Cathedral) with an incomparable view. The apartment is split on 2 levels; downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a real oven, double electric hob, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine. Going further there's a large and comfortable lounge with dinner area on the right and a sleeping area with 2 single beds on the left side, both gently enlightened by the double windows facing the Cathedral. A bathroom with shower and a large balcony complete the facilities of ground level. On the higher level (mezzanine) is another sleeping quarter fitted with a king-size bed and a second bathroom with bathtub and shower facilities. An extra double sofa bed can be furnished for 20 Euro per night should there be extra guests allowing a maximum capacity of 6 pax.
The dining and kitchen corner are equipped for preparing light to full meals with all the essentials and other modern amenities provided.
As it is very important nowadays, it is also worth noting that this apartment rental has a reliable internet connection and WIFI connectivity.
