The terrace also gives a panoramic view of the city’s skyline which you can enjoy any time of the day.

The apartment is brand new, with state of the art modern appliances all perfectly finished to a high standard. There are two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a lift which takes you from street level to the apartment.

The living room is warm and bright as it has a large window allowing natural light to pass through. It also has a glass sliding door that gives access to the private terrace. Adjoining the living room is the dining and kitchen area. It has a wooden table and chairs good for 6 people. Right next is the fully-equipped kitchen which has all the modern conveniences with high quality utensils and cutlery making cooking easy and comfortable. For added convenience you also have a dishwasher and a coffee maker at your disposal.

The two double bedrooms are both fitted with high quality memory foam mattresses. Both rooms have queen size beds, one has flat screen TV, the other a modern en suite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom for the other bedroom.

This apartment is also family friendly. It is best suited for either 6 adults or a group of 8 with children. High chair and baby cot is also provided free of charge.
