With a fresh food street market on Piazza San Cosimato nearby, and a supermarket just around the corner, this property is in a central location.

Nestled in the most vibrant and authentic part of the Roman center, this spacious 140 m² apartment is situated inside a prestigious building with a doorman. Ideal for a relatively large group or family of up to 6-8 persons, guests enter the apartment in a large entrance hall from where they can access both the living room and the open kitchen, or walk directly through a long corridor where the 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms can be found.

This holiday apartment has been completely refurbished with the finest materials and furniture. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for 2 persons, and a multi media flat screen TV. Wi-Fi internet is available in the entire apartment for convenience. The living room as well as the dining area is refreshing. You can enjoy your self-prepared meals here straight from the fully equipped kitchen. Installed with a professional oven and hob, you can prepare real meals, apart from your morning coffee, breakfast and other light meals which you may also opt to enjoy in the comforts of the lemon trees in the 40 m² private terrace just a couple of steps from the living room.

On to the bedrooms, the corridor leads to the first (twin) bedroom on your left-hand side. Large French windows give views towards the terrace. All bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet. Opposite the twin bedroom you will find a spacious bathroom with tub and overhead shower and a washing machine. At the end of the corridor are the two other double bedrooms. Neighborhood

Trastevere is a central location in Rome and boasts over 200 bars and restaurants dotted in the neighborhood. Considered one of the notable ancient parts of town, it is not surprising to see picturesque narrow cobbled streets lined with ancient houses. Despite the proliferation of modern pubs and restaurants, it has managed to maintain its original character and blended well with modern times.

Despite its central location, and with tourists flocking here at night, the neighborhood is relatively calm and quiet. There’s a fresh food street market on Piazza San Cosimato, and a supermarket located just around the corner accessible by walking as safety and security is not really an issue in this peaceful neighborhood.

Trastevere is also home to several notable foreign academic institutions including The American University of Rome and John Cabot University (both of which are private American universities), the American Academy in Rome, the Rome campus of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, the Canadian University of Waterloo School of Architecture (between the months of September and December), and the American Pratt Institute School of Architecture therefore serving as home to an international student body.

The endearing and homey atmosphere of this neighborhood has attracted artists, foreign expats, and famous people.
