Just a few steps away, you will find bars such as Cappuccino, and a complete offer of restaurants among the best known Tahini, Los Mellizos, Da Bruno, Lobito de Mar, Erre, Villa Tiberio, among many others.
Also in the area you will find art galleries, designer shops, pharmacies and supermarkets such as El Corte Inglés, Mercadona and Lidl.
The neighbourhood has the charm of a natural environment next to the beach and only 15 minutes from Marbella Old Town and 25 minutes from Puerto Banus.

Cancellation:
In case of withdrawal, the tenant must compensate the landlord with the full amount of the agreed rate if the tenant withdraws less than 20 days before the start of the rental period. If the tenant withdraws before 20 days, the tenant must compensate the landlord with 50% of the agreed price.

Deposit
The tenant pays the intermediary (Parcela Invest S.L.) a deposit of 800,00 € (eight hundred) which must be returned to the tenant by bank transfer within three working days after the end of the stay, provided that the property covered by this contract is in an acceptable condition.
