Luxury Villa Bol

It is one remarkable luxury estate, situated in Bol, on one of the most popular promenades on the Croatian coast, just a few steps away from the beach and about 500m away from the center of Bol. This wonderful building is an example of how modern architecture can blend in with nature and traditional surroundings.

Villa Bol is placed on the land plot of 300m2 consists of two residential buildings, connected with an inner yard, and has the ability to accommodate maximum16 guests.

The front residential object has ground and first floor. The ground floor consists of modern kitchen with dining room and living room with fireplace. On the first floor, you will find a spacious master bedroom with matrimonial bed and with its own luxury bathroom equipped with whirlpool hot tub and shower. Beside the master bedroom, there is another bedroom, also with its own bathroom and double bed. Both rooms have access to the terrace with a wonderful sea view. On this floor, you will also find fitness - recreation room.

The other residential part of Villa has also ground and first floor, consisting of two apartments, each with double bed, private bathroom and small kitchen.

Between these two objects is a connecting yard with a spacious swimming pool.
In front of the house, there is a wonderful terrace with dining table, where you can enjoy your meals under the starry sky. To contribute a Dalmatian touch, there is an outdoor barbecue, where you can create your culinary magic.

Villa Bol is completely air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-TV, DVD payer, HI-FI system and wireless Internet access. Villa Bol also has standard housing equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, icemaker etc. There is also a reserved parking space for guests of Villa Bol.
