VILLA DESCRIPTION:
At this villa, enjoy SoHo-style loft living, just like New York’s chic pied-à-terres. At the ground floor of the two-storey villa, you’ll find a high-ceiling, open-plan living room that’s connected to an adjacent kitchen, pantry and powder room. Relax on the sofa in the living area while watching your favourite shows with the 65-inch Smart TV, speakers and Samsung soundbar.

Feel like cooking? The kitchen has a central island for dining with two high-chairs, and is well-equipped with a wide range of Bosch cooking appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking utensils.

The air-conditioned bedroom is situated on the mezzanine, with a view of the living area from its glass wall. The ensuite bedroom is furnished with a portable wireless speaker, Dyson hairdryer, king-size King Koil mattress, as well as wardrobe and wall-mounted reading lamps. A walk-through dressing room connects to the bathroom, which features a powerful rainshower finished with non-slip river-rock tiles.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:

LIVING AREAS:
- The dining and kitchen areas are conveniently located next to each other, offering an open and inviting space.
- The living area, on the other hand, provides a separate, air-conditioned room for relaxation on the ground floor.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- Each villa has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a Smart TV with Netflix, and Vanguard speakers.

KITCHEN & DINING:
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, freezer, blender, toaster, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

- The villa has a main indoor dining area features a rectangular table that seats 2-10 guests and a kitchen bar with seating for 2-6 guests.

- Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

PARKING:
Sufficient parking space available for one car or four motorbikes.

FOR FAMILIES:
- Baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available upon request at extra charge.
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

POOL AREA:
- The main pool measures 19m x 4m x 1.2m
- Each villa has its own individual small pool;
- Both are chlorinated pools and have no shallow end for kids;
- The main pool is heated, while the villa pools are at normal temperature;
- There are three lounge chairs and one pool umbrella at the main pool;
- Towels are provided at each villa pool.

SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE:
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for eight hours a day.
- Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
