- Access to the upper floor is only from the outside of the farmhouse, with a separate entrance, just like the ground floor.
- There is no common living area inside that can accommodate 16 guests, but the outdoor spaces are perfectly designed for convivial group meals.

- Ground Floor: A spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (American-style refrigerator, induction hob, coffee grinder, dishwasher, washing machine), a comfortable living room with a fireplace and TV, and four elegantly decorated master suites, each with a shower room, toilet, and TV. A 50 m² terrace with garden furniture completes this space.

- First Floor: Accessed via a separate entrance, this apartment features a kitchen opening onto the living/dining room with TV, as well as four master suites (double and queen beds) with shower rooms, toilets, and TVs.
