The Stade neighborhood is located at the entrance of La Marsa and therefore a few minutes walk from the city center. Upon exiting the residence, you will find a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, pastry shops, etc.
With a car, you will be less than 5 minutes from La Marsa Beach, 5 minutes from Carthage and Gammarth, and less than 10 minutes from the shores of the lake.

Travelers can walk to do their shopping and dining. There is a bus station less than a 5-minute walk away. There are also plenty of taxis passing by nearby.
