It is ideally located, right in the heart of downtown La Marsa, facing Essaada Park. Several restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors are nearby. The French high school is 150 meters away. Marsa Beach and its many attractions (sea, restaurants, shopping center, and cinema) are 500 meters away.

This beautiful apartment consists of:

- A stylish dining room.
- A bedroom with a double bed with orthopedic mattress and a wooden wardrobe for your belongings.
- A shower room.
- A bathroom.
- A second bedroom with a double bed with orthopedic mattress and a large storage closet.
- A fully equipped kitchen.

The accommodation is located in front of the park, opening the apartment door leads you directly to the heart of downtown La Marsa.

The park offers several activities for children as well as several cafes and restaurants. It has a fitness trail.

Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation.

In the heart of downtown La Marsa, the neighborhood has excellent restaurants, ice cream parlors, tea lounges, as well as international brands such as Erik Kayser and Paul. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Grocers, bakers, fishmongers, and butchers are all just steps away from the accommodation. La Marsa is undoubtedly the liveliest neighborhood in the chic northern suburb of Tunis.

Travelers can mainly get around on foot. They can also take the bus, with a stop located 50 meters away. A train station is less than a 5-minute walk away.
