The bright living room is the first room of the house that appears upon entering from the terrace. This, always with sea view and furnished with taste and design, has a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV and air conditioning.
Also here we find the new, modern and fully equipped kitchen also equipped with dishwasher and microwave oven. What also makes this space of the house special is the large porthole window that illuminates the whole environment and from which you can see the sea.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with a single bed and a half, and finally the bathroom complete with services with shower. Cost of Tourist Tax 1,00 EUR per person, per night for the first seven days. Children under 12 age are exempt from the tax.
