' after all! The gays can have as much fun as they want for as long as they want, up until the wee hours of the night. But the question remains—where can the gays have fun in Paris? Don't be confused by its name! Banana Café isn't a typical café. In fact, it's not even a café at all! It's actually one of the best gay bars in Paris. Located in Les Halles, it's one of the very few LGBTQ+ nightlife hotspots that's not in the Marais district, the gay neighborhood in Paris. And it has everything you need for a gay bar—drag shows, hot make go-go dancers, themed soirées, and more! It's also quite affordable here too, especially during happy hour! From 6:00 pm (18:00) to 11:00 pm (23:00), you can get pints of beer for only €3.00. Pretty good deal, isn't it?
No list of the best gay bars in Paris is complete without mentioning FreeDJ! If you're one to dance all night, then this place is for you! There are two areas to choose from. The first is the upstairs area where you can get drinks at the bar and play foosball—a fun and chill hangout. The downstairs area, on the other hand, features a cellar-turned-dancefloor where the rave stays alive up until the wee hours of the night. Do note that the space is a little small so if easily get claustrophobic, this might not be the best place for you!

Le CUD Bar
Le CUD Bar, located in the 'Paris gayborhood
,' Le Marais, is another of the Paris gay clubs worth checking out. The part doesn't start until 2:00 am in the morning when the beats start dropping and the drinks overflow. Just like FreeDJ, the place is also a bit cramped. If you're one to dance in a tightly-packed area like a can of sardines, go right ahead! After all, when you're gay in Paris, getting all touchy-feely is par for the course, right? Before the night ends, it's highly likely you met someone new here!

Again, don't let its name mislead you! A hot cup of coffee isn't exactly what's waiting for you here at Open Café. Instead, a lively crowd of the city's LGBTQ+ community congregates here during happy hour and beyond. Located in the Marais district, Open Café is more of a chill hangout than another one of the old gay Paris bars. Since it's in a gay area in Paris
, you can expect a lot of locals to go here regularly. They meet up over glasses of champagne, red wine, shots of vodka, and the like, all while taking part in pleasant conversations!

And finally, there's Raidd Bar! Now, if you want to talk about provocative, erotic, and risque fun in Paris, this is the place for you! In this particular hotspot, the go-go boys reign supreme. The pièce de résistance
here are the shower booths where ripped men strip and 'bathe
' as the guests ogle all the want. Most of the time, these dancers will literally bare it all, further enticing viewers to come back for more each time. But make no mistake, this place isn't a sex shop! In Raidd Bar, all you can do is see, not touch!
