Whether you’re in Shoreditch or Notting Hill, you’ll never be far from a spongy, gooey, icing laden fancy. We hope you have a sweet tooth, because here’s our list of the yummiest cupcakes in the the capital.

Violet Cakes

Made famous around the world after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle chose this Hackney bakery to bake their wedding cake, it’s a stalwart on the East London dining scene and serves one of the best cupcakes in London. Try on of their organic creations, which come in flavours including vanilla strawberry, vanilla lemon and salted caramel as well as some seasonal specials.
