Settled on the 1st French floor of a well-kept contemporary building equipped with an elevator, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom luxury apartment defines what comfortable living is about. It is beautifully designed and decorated and can host up to 4 guests comfortably.

To access the apartment, you’ll pass by a quiet private courtyard where you’ll find the elevator. You may either take the lift or take a few easy steps on to the first floor where you’ll find the apartment. Upon entrance, a beautiful sophisticated living area will welcome you. It is fitted with a huge lovely sofa bed good for 2 people, an HD-cable TV, an elegant white centerpiece laid on an adorable carpet. The apartment has internet and WIFI, a telephone and is fully air-conditioned. From here, and through the windows, you’ll also have a view of the courtyard below.

Right next to the living room is the cozy dining area. You’ll find an elegant and shiny round dining table with chairs. The lightings in both the living and the dining area are sleek and beautiful making the apartment look even more modern. Not far away is the fully-equipped kitchen which has all the essentials of a modern kitchen such as a microwave, an oven, a washer-dryer combo, and ample plates and eating utensils. It is capable of allowing you to prepare your kind of meal should you prefer to cook than dine in the fancy restaurants you’ll find just about anywhere outside.

This neighborhood is relatively quiet and has a nice neighborhood feel. In and around Invalides, you’ll find several popular attractions which can be accessed with just a couple of minutes of good walk. You have the Hôtel national des Invalides, home to the Musée de l’Armée which is the resting place of Napoléon, The Palais Bourbon, which houses the Assemblée Nationale – which is the lower house of the French Parliament, the Champ-de-Mars, the Musée d’Orsay, Musée Rodin, the Ecole Militaire and the Pont Alexandre III.

In the Hôtel national des Invalides, you’ll find other attractions, which are of extreme significance to the history France like the Musée de l’Ordre de la Libération which has three galleries and six rooms relating the Resistance action for the liberation of France. Here you’ll find authentic combatants' memories, uniforms, weapons, clandestine press, transmitters, and relics from the camps.

Not far away is the Champs Elysees which is arguably one of the most famous Avenues in the world. A walk across Pont Alexandre to the Champs Elysees is a pretty healthy option while enjoying the sights along the way. The place is safe, relatively quiet yet vibrant and active, and lovely.
