DESCRIPTION

Located in the 17th district along Boulevard des Batignolles, this property is not far from Gare Saint Lazare making it very easy to commute to other parts of Paris. Gare Saint Lazare is one of the 6 large railway stations and the second busiest metro station in all of Paris. Not far from Place de Clichy, this spacious apartment is also near the famous Parc Monceau.

The apartment is peacefully nestled on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator and a private courtyard. With an area of 180 m², this lovely home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate WC. Ideal for a family or a large group, the apartment can comfortably host up to 8 guests.

To access this grand apartment, you need to take the elevator found in the courtyard. You get off on the 4th French floor which leads you to the entryway.

Upon entrance, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious hallway that leads to the living area. The living area is spacious and has a lot of open wide spaces to freely move around. It has a sofa, arm chairs, an elegant glass centerpiece on a carpet, and a flat-screen Cable TV. Facing the street are the large French windows allowing ample natural light to come through. The original hardwood floor and the high ornate ceilings are also hard to miss.

Right next to the living area is the equally bright dining area. It has a large sleek dining table and seats up to 8 people. The glass windows also provide a view of the street below.

Next to the dining area, on the corner most part of the apartment is the fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll find all the modern conveniences of a kitchen. It has a coffee table and chairs, a huge 2-door fridge, freezer, boiler, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, and a coffee machine. It also has a view of the street courtesy of the large window right beside the coffee table.

Next, you have the four lovely bedrooms.
