Located on the fifth floor of an upscale building along Place des Etats-Unis, this 3-bedroom duplex apartment is situated just a few minutes from the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero, and the Eiffel tower. With a wonderful balcony, this apartment has amazing views of the iconic Eiffel Tower so you need not go far just to view it.
With an area of 200 square meters, the Tour Eiffel - Place des Etats-Unis has a living area, a dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom that is ideal for families or groups of friends. Its living area is composed of numerous sofas and armchairs, a center table, and a television to help you relax after a day of sightseeing the city. A window is also placed on the side that serves two purposes: to light the room, and to provide views of the great Eiffel Tower. A telephone and high-speed WiFi connection are also available to keep you entertained throughout your stay in this luxury apartment.
Across the same room is the dining area with a table and six chairs in which you can enjoy lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s space-efficient kitchen which is equipped with a boiler, coffee maker, freezer, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and oven that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience.
