This is a 2 bed, 1 bathroom air-conditioned apartment in the superbly located La Cinuelica R3, Orihuela Costa. An ideal property for a perfect family holiday near the beach. As you enter the property you are lead into the lounge/dinning area, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a dinning room table with 4 chairs flat screen tv with Spanish channels and a couple of English speaking channels, the property also has a DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Located to the left of the lounge you have the twin bedroom with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. To the end of the lounge, on the left hand side you have the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and the master bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.  There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, thus leads to an external door that goes to the utility area and stairs to the private roof solarium.
