Kitchen/Living Room
The open plan kitchen benefits from all Samsung appliances, integrated Microwave/oven. It has all the kitchen utensils to ensure you can rustle up something even Gordon Ramsay would be proud off. There is a table for 4 which is also perfectly suited, so you can all sit around and enjoy dinner. The Living Room benefits from a large sofa and Smart TV. Meaning you can kick back and relax watching Netflix

Master Bedroom
Has a double bed with built in wardrobes. Just off the bedroom is the ensuite.

2nd Bedroom
Also benefits from a double bed and built in wardrobe

Guest Access:
We are always available for our guests, 24 hours 7 days a week via e-mail and online platform messages, as well as on our emergency line. Instructions on how to collect the keys will be given 24 hours before check-in.

We are very lucky to be a short 3-minute walk from the renowned Brindley Place the financial hub of the UK's second city, home to Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, Capita, Natwest, Lloyds and many more leading global corporations.

If you're seeking a weekend away or stay of leisure then you couldn't be in a better location. You can walk to the many Canalside bars and restaurants, the Mailbox shopping centre and The Cube in less than 10 minutes. For work or holiday, you really can’t find a better location.

Getting Around:
Due to its location within Birmingham city centre you can easily access everywhere by foot. Alternatively you can jump on the nearest station which is five ways or Birmingham New Street is a 20 minute walk
