In case you are in need of additional sleeping spaces, sofabeds can be unfolded to make extra sleeping spaces.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the layout on the bottom floor, guests will need to pass through a bedroom in order to access the living room and kitchen. See floor plan.

CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation.

Smoking is not allowed and will result in fines.

Parties are not allowed.

Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material.
