Traveling to, staying, or living in London isn't exactly the safest endeavor you take on but it's still worth it nonetheless. You just have to know what crimes are committed here, how to avoid becoming a victim and stay in places you know are safe.


Description

This lovely four-bedroom home is located in a residential area, yet minutes away from Camden and multiple parks. It’s spread across 4 different floors and it also comes with gardens, both in the front and back of the property. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. On the ground floor, guests will also find a toilet room and the terrace. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. It opens up directly to the rear garden, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor guests will also find a toilet room and a utility room with a kitchenette for added convenience. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and they feature 2 king size beds and 2 double beds. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor where guests will also find two bathrooms with bathtubs. On the second floor, guests will have the master bedroom with a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. All the bathrooms are clean and neat. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits 10 minutes walking both from Kentish Town and Camden Town tube stations and Camden Road overground station.

Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
