Traveling to, staying, or living in London isn't exactly the safest endeavor you take on but it's still worth it nonetheless. You just have to know what crimes are committed here, how to avoid becoming a victim and stay in places you know are safe.

This beautifully designed three-bedroom apartment is located in the Ascot countryside, a short drive or train journey from London. It comes with modern furniture and appliances throughout. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilet rooms. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. Once a viewing is confirmed, we provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. Please note we are currently setting up the WiFi in the property. At the moment only 4G is available but works perfectly also with the smart TVs.

This apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The apartment is located on the ground floor and it’s spread across 4 stories including the lower ground floor. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor in a spacious room and with direct access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and features modern appliances. It features a breakfast table and a dining table that can comfortably seat all guests. On this floor, guests will also find a spacious utility room. The apartment comes with multiple sofas, two flat screen TVs and plenty of space for all guests to relax. On the ground floor, guests will find a big open space dining area and living area with modern furniture throughout. On the same floor, guests will have a spacious and bright living room area with multiple sofas and 2 flat screen TVs. This space opens up directly to the private garden, ideal to enjoy warm weather days. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and one on the second floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, plenty of storage space and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a double bedroom comfortably sleeping 2 guests. There is also an additional bathroom with bathtub and shower on this floor for added convenience. The third bedroom features a single bed and a funny setup with a small porthole window ideal for kids. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city once a viewing is confirmed, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
