I am excited to invite you to this modernly refurbished professionally managed studio, only 1 min away from Earl's Court. With lots of air and light, my place is an outstanding choice for couples, friends or those on business trips. The studio is conveniently located close to:

- The apartment is situated on the 1st floor.
- The refurbished classic open plan kitchen is equipped with modern high-tech appliances and includes all cooking utensils; pots and pans are supplied. There is a comfortable dining area with seats for 2 guests.
- The bedroom area with a double bed is cosy and comfy with storage space, TV and the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The apartment has wonderful airflow and excellent heating making guests feel comfortable in any season.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to hotel standards before you arrive!

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

My place is located in Earl's Court, a leafy residential area, known for its multicultural vibe with delicate Victorian residential squares with cafes and shops with lots to do. You can benefit both from its central location and its secluded atmosphere, where you can escape the buzz walking down the crescents and residential streets. You can take a stroll around the local intimate pop and rock performances at the iconic Troubadour coffee house and contemporary plays and musicals at the Finborough Theatre. If feeling extravagant, you can head towards Kensington and Knightsbridge area, where streets are filled with various luxurious restaurants, grocery stores, and historical landmarks. The famous Natural History and Victoria&Albert Museums are located a short 20-30 walk away where you can indulge in stories of the past generations and learn about a vast range of specimens. Nearby, you will also find:
Kensington Garden (8 min)
Chelsea (8 min)
Princess Diana Memorial Fountain (9 min)
Hyde Park (15 min)

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.

-Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
