Traveling to, staying, or living in London isn't exactly the safest endeavor you take on but it's still worth it nonetheless. You just have to know what crimes are committed here, how to avoid becoming a victim and stay in places you know are safe.


Description

I am happy to present my City-chic, contemporary designed & bright studio apartment in a newly-built secure development in the City Island. With an inspiring, stylish interior, the studio is skilfully divided into zones with the feeling of a one-bedroom apartment.
- Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! All you need to do is enjoy and make great memories of your London getaway.

- The studio is situated on the first floor with an elevator.
- Furnished and decorated to the highest standards with floor-to-ceiling windows;
- The lounge zone is classic and stylish boasting comfortable sofa (that folds into an additional sleeping place for 1), large coffee table, Smart TV and a beautiful dining space with seats for 4.
- Open-plan modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, brand-new coffee machine (you can find coffee in one of the drawers). All pots and pans are supplied and there is a welcoming pack for you with sugar, tea, chocolates, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- The bedroom area is bright and airy with built-in storage, double bed is brand new and set with fresh hotel-quality cotton linen.
- The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system controllable by the thermostat on the wall.
- In the bathroom you will find fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel Standards before you arrive.
- There are on-site amenities such as grocery shops, coffee shops and restaurants all under 5 minute walk. The development boats beautiful walking grounds and is surrounded by River Lea.
- Canning town station is less than 5 minutes away.
- English National Ballet and Arebyte Art Gallery are located upon entrance to the development in beautiful contemporary buildings.

- I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

- Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

- I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50.

- Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.


Neighbourhood:

The apartment is conveniently located in City Island, which is London's new island metropolis, an ultra-connected destination of extraordinary culture and contemporary living. The area is easily accessed by the Docklands Light Railway and Jubilee line to Canary Wharf. Places of interest include the Museum in Docklands, a former sugar warehouse, Mudchute Park & Farm, London's largest city farm, and Island Gardens with its spectacular views across the river to Greenwich.

Great area with a wonderful view and easy transport links:
- 3 min to Canning Town station (Underground Jubilee line and DLR)
it will take you in 20 minutes to Bond Street, 15 minutes to Westminster. The easy access to the Jubilee line means one stop to the world's most successful music venue at the O2 and two stops to one of Europe's largest retail centers, Westfield at Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Park.
