The Eiffel Tower district in Paris isn't just a great place to visit as a tourist. It's also a neighborhood you might want to live in as a new resident in the city. The area has so much more to offer than just the iconic landmark!

Description

This one bedroom, one bathroom home is tucked away in a secluded passageway off Rue Royale. The private street affords a little peace and quiet right in the heart of bustling Paris. From its top-floor vantage point, the open living room looks over the inimitable Parisian rooftops. The modern space even has its own private library, mounted on the wall with a ladder to access the collection.

The divine Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré is just a few steps from the entrance, lined with boutiques and grand embassies. From here, the Jardins des Tuileries are a five-minute walk away - we recommend a visit to the Jeu de Paume photography museum contained within. Further up the Rue de Rivoli, you have the magnificent Louvre museum, and the hidden Palais Royale gardens opposite.

The closest metro stations are Madeleine and Concorde.
