Offering three bedrooms with two bathrooms, this property had a high quality finish and everything you expect from a luxurious accommodation. This apartment has been designed with spacious rooms, exceeding the current market standards. The modern distribution integrates the kitchen with the living room, terrace and is equipped with high quality modern finishes. Highlights include cream coloured marble throughout, large tiles in the bathrooms, wide patio doors to the terrace, top of the range kitchen appliances and sanitary fittings, LED lighting, air conditioning and heated flooring in bathrooms, all as standard.

The residential complex was completed in 2018. Build to the highest standards, it features modern apartments with incredible terraces with a southerns orientation. The accommodation features an underground parking with one parking space. The communal areas offer residents a large swimming pool area with solarium and designer gardens.

The contemporary and clean design was combined with the best quality materials to offer the ultimate comfortable living. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, central air-conditioning and heating, wide floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows and built-in wardrobes, are just few of the advantages you will get. Botanic is located just minutes behind San Pedro, most known for the peaceful area offering guests a tranquil environment. It offers the perfect getaway from the regular busy life. The central location gives excellent acces to Puerto Banus, San Pedro, Estepona or Ronda. There are several small restaurants and local grocery store.
Getting Around:
Please note: Marbella has a very hill-vast area and we recommend each guest to use a rental car. Contact us if you need a rental car, a taxi pickup of information about how to get around. We are more than happy to give you all the information needed.
Other Things to Note:
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.

We recommend renting a car as this is the most convenient and cost effective way of transportation.
