This warm and welcoming home is equipped with a lot of modern furniture and appliances. It’s flooded with light and benefits from its large size and comfortable communal spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you plenty of space to cook family meals together. The living room is connected to the kitchen allowing for an open space living area. The kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, a big dining table ideal for communal meals, and plenty of natural light. The living room comes with comfortable sofas, a large TV, and again a lot of natural light. It also offers direct access to the private patio. It’s the perfect place to rewind after a day of exploring ancient Oxford. The 3 bedrooms have comfortable mattresses.The main bathroom with a bathtub and the toilet room are sizable, clean, and neat. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll feel right at home here. The private patio offers a great spot to relax and enjoy communal meals during good weather.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.

Right in the heart of Oxford only moments away from the Oxford University Natural History Museum, yet it feels like your far away from the hustle and bustle. The University Press, many Colleges, cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the home is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. The centre of Oxford is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. You’re also never too far from Oxford’s great nightlife.

Given the location of the home, most of Oxford s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.

This home is for sale and therefore, there could be viewings during your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The living area could result a little small for full occupancy of 5 guests. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
