The Champs Elysées in Paris isn't just one of the world's most famous avenues. It' actually an entire neighborhood, one where you could call home if you want to live out a luxurious lifestyle with all the finest things in life!

Description

Found on the narrow medieval street of Rue St. André des Arts in the 6th arrondissement, this 1-bderoom, 1-bathroom cozy apartment sits on the 1st French floor of a building built during the 1740’s. Located on Left Bank’s historical district, this apartment is nestled in the most beautiful building on the Rue St. André des Arts, midway down the street.

The building has some of the finest carved stone detailing in the city. The exquisitely carved stone Bacchus above the cellar door is unrivalled anywhere in the city and is protected by France’s Historical Monuments Organization. To simply put it, the apartment is peacefully situated in one of the most sought after holiday dwellings in the area.

From the active and vibrant street, you access this 50 square meters apartment through the building’s main entrance, passing through the quiet courtyard, taking one flight up to the apartment. Upon entrance, a spacious and warm living area welcomes you. You’ll instantly notice the beautiful exposed stone walls, large arched stone windows that look out onto the courtyard, tiled floors, and the beamed ceilings. You also have a sofa, a cable TV, and arm chairs. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room.

The apartment flat sleeps 4, but it is best suited as a spacious, comfortable abode for a couple or a single person. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, which can also be configured as two separate twin beds. Two extra single portable beds can also be found in the apartment for added guests.

The bathroom and the modern kitchen are on both ends of the apartment. The bathroom is well-stocked and has a hot shower, sink, and a toilet. The kitchen on the opposite end is furnished with modern amenities such as a fridge, microwave, oven, vitro-ceramic stove, dishwasher, crockery and cutleries. For added convenience, you’ll also find a combo washer and dryer for laundry purposes.

High-speed WIFI internet is also available in the apartment.

Outside, you’ll find a vast selection of bars, cafés, and jazz clubs to choose from in the neighborhood. It is also within walking distance to Paris’ major attractions like the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre Museum, and to most of the major sites in the historic center. In addition, transportation is no issue at all as the area is highly-accessible.
