With three spacious suites, you’re all but guaranteed a great night’s rest no matter where you lay your head. All rooms are similarly equipped with plush beds, light-blocking blinds, flat-screen Smart TVs, and make-up lamps and towels so you can easily get ready for a night on the town. We also have a really comfortable air mattress for that extra guest.

The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a sumptuous Casper mattress and pillows, dimmable bedside lamps, and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom sits directly across the landing and features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower each day. There is also a half bath conveniently located off the kitchen area. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels for your convenience.

The third bedroom is on the ground level. Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. Shower stall and kitchenette.

The full kitchen is a chef’s dream. You can enjoy modern stainless steel appliances (including a built-in air fryer in the oven), all the basic cookware and dishes you’ll need, and fun modern appliances like a rice cooker and blender. There is seating for two at the kitchen island, plus a large dining area with seating for four just across from the kitchen.

There s a washer and dryer so you can take care of any laundry needs, as well as full-length mirrors to make sure you’re looking your best before enjoying the popular attractions nearby.
The entire home has central air conditioning and heating. For cooler temperatures at night, use the cooling tower fan. Free parking is available in the garage for up to two vehicles.

Working remotely? There s an office with a sit-to-stand desk and a large curved screen monitor for maximum productivity on the top floor. We also provide dedicated 300MB WiFi.

Parking: Please only park in the garage at all times. The garage fits 2 cars , other guests who are driving may use street parking on Hogue St NE and Old Wheat St NE. Please do not use the gravel area in front of the garage for parking as it restricts the neighbors movement.

This is a smoke free property. No smoking anywhere in the house please.

We make exceptions for service pets. Please reach out with your special need and we may be able to accommodate your particular request.

Noise levels will be monitored. Please keep things quiet as we have neighbors that we love very much.

No unauthorized events allowed on the premises.

Please be respectful of the house and treat it like your own.

Please be considerate with the fire pit and outdoor heater. Do not leave it running while not in use.

You may use our EV charger during your stay. Note however there s a daily charge to turn it on. That option may be purchased during check-in

Dispose of garbage in the garbage collection area. It is at the beginning of the alleyway (in a small red brick house) driving into the community from Boulevard NE. Please do not put garbage on the floor around the collection area.

Before check-in, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $350 to help align our interests with our guests while maintaining the quality of our home. The deposit is fully refunded within 48 hours after a post-checkout inspection.
