The house extends over 2 floors and is surrounded by a garden with lawn, large well-kept terraces equipped for relaxation, and a tavern with fireplace and barbecue, equipped for outdoor dining. With its recent renovation, the residence offers a combination of elegant interior spaces and large, well-kept outdoor areas. Ideal location to easily reach various locations on the Ionian Riviera, including Acireale, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello, Etna and other characteristic foothill villages. The famous tourist resorts of Giardini Naxos, Taormina, Catania and Syracuse are a short distance away.

Ground Floor (accessed from the outside): tavern with kitchen and fireplace. First Floor: entrance, large living room with dining area, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower. Second Floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
