Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, the tenant must compensate the lessor with the full amount of the agreed rate if he withdraws less than 20 days before the start of the rental period. If the tenant withdraws earlier than 20 days, he must compensate the lessor with 50% of the agreed rate.
Deposit
The tenant pays the intermediate (Parcela Invest S.L.) a deposit of 800,00 € (eight hundred) which must be returned to the tenant by bank wire transfer within three business days after the stay is over, provided that the property covered by this contract is in acceptable condition.
