Il Quadro Resort is a charming farm located in Lamporecchio in the Capalle area on the hills of Montalbano among centuries-old olive trees, belonging to the Giannoni family since the mid-1800s and has been handed down from father to son to the present day.
Its elevated position gives the houses a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the scenery that opens from the panoramic terrace also includes the beautiful view of the historic Villa Rospigliosi. The silence of nature, broken only by birdsong and the rustling of the trees, make Podere il Quadro an ideal place for moments of relaxation and outdoor life.
The excellent location in the center of Tuscany a few steps from Vinci Birthplace of the genius Leonardo, just 30 minutes from Florence and other major Tuscan cities such as Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia s. Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo make it an excellent starting point to get to know and explore this region and all its enchanting villages.
The structure consists of only three finely finished apartments, which took their name from native plants, all independent from each other and equipped with private outdoor spaces.
The beautiful panoramic swimming pool is shared with all the accommodations.

A popular market, the Fiera della Befana, takes place every year between Christmas and the Epiphany in Piazza Navona in the center of Rome. The Viareggio Carnival, one of the most famous pre-Lenten carnivals in the world, is held in February (5, 12, 18, 26, 28 February)

Quercia Holiday Home is developed entirely on the first floor and is equipped with large spaces, it is suitable for medium / long stays.

It consists of an entrance hall with kitchenette and living area, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a large bathroom. If desired, in the living area there is a practical sofa bed.
The apartment has a kitchen with induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher and exclusive washing machine.
Air conditioning is inevitable.
The equipment of the apartment is complete with bed linen and towels which are changed every seven days, and towels for the swimming pool are also provided to our guests.
To reduce the impact of plastic on the environment, all soaps and consumables are provided: shower gel, shampoo soap soap for washing machines with convenient dispensers or containers.
