Dimora Tisa - Zona Maldive del Salento

The Dimora Tisa is a lovely newly built holiday home, complete with the main amenities and attention to detail.

The house is located in Torre Pali near the famous beaches of the Maldive del Salento, in a residential area and away from the hustle and bustle.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (with the possibility of adding two additional beds) and has furnished outdoor space.

THE HOUSE

The accommodation is 70 sqm wide and is on two levels:

The living area, on the mezzanine floor, has air conditioning and consists of:

- kitchen/ veranda large and equipped, with dining table, modern kitchenette ( without oven), microwave oven and coffee machine ( pods Dolcegusto ). The environment, not completely closed and overlooking the outdoor space, is the ideal place to have meals;
- living room furnished with an additional table, sofa bed and TV corner;
- full bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area is in the basement, which can be accessed from outside or inside the living area, and has:
- large bedroom with double bed and bunk bed;
- bathroom in the room (no shower)

In addition, from the sleeping area, there is access to a small outdoor area equipped with a washing machine and a comfortable outdoor shower.

Dimora Tisa has entrance and outdoor courtyard equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can relax with a drink or reading a good book.

The surrounding area is characterized by some houses and a predominantly rural environment, with dry stone walls, farms and buildings typical of Salento.

Although it does not have a private parking space, it is very easy to find free parking, even outside the house.

NEARBY

As mentioned above, Dimora Tisa is located in a residential and rural area, which makes it particularly suitable for quiet stays and away from the confusion and chaos that could be experienced especially in high season. However the area is well served because only 200 m there are some commercial activities, while in the center of the resort (about 600 meters) there are shops, bars, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, pharmacy, etc.

You can also reach the beaches of Torre Pali, about 1 km from the house, and the famous Maldives of Salento about 2 km away.

To visit, the town of Presicce, about 10 km from the house, where you can admire the refined historic center, seat and triumph of the Baroque Lecce.

The narrow streets, the noble palaces, the courtyard houses and the imposing baroque church of Sant Andrea, which still preserves the Renaissance bell tower, have made Presicce one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (link).

Finally we point out a nature trail nearby, visited by lovers of hiking and hiking: The path of Fani (link).
