Lounge features lovely high ceilings, a modern chandelier light fitting and Smart TV, with a relaxing comfortable corner sofa and matching armchair.

On the ground floor, there is a utility cupboard, lots of kitchen storage and a downstairs toilet.

The main bedroom has a Super King bed, as well as it s own en-suite bathroom.

Guest Access:
We are always available for our guests, 24 hours 7 days a week via e-mail and online platform messages, as well as on our emergency line. Instructions on how to collect the keys will be given 24 hours before check-in.

Located close to Birmingham with lots of things to do from Cannon Hill Park, Broadway Plaza is 5 mins drive which has lots of entertainment including ten pin bowling, Odeon Luxe cinema, a gym, casino, indoor adventure golf and various places to eat in or takeaway. Local amenities include a Marks & Spencer s Food Hall and Sainsburys at the Selly Oak Shopping centre close by, as well as all the amenities within Birmingham city centre.

Getting Around:
Leafy, tree-lined Selly Park is a beautiful and safe conservation area, with a bus stop directly outside the property which can take you towards the city centre.

If you prefer to use Uber or a local taxi, this should cost under £7 to get to the city centre.
