The Space:
This luxurious villa spans three levels, each offering a distinct experience. The ground level features an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen, a six-person dining table, a spacious living room, an additional sitting area with a double sofa bed and sliding divider for privacy, and a convenient bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, two bedrooms await, each boasting a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms provide direct access to a balcony with an exterior lounge, showcasing breathtaking views of the Venetian castle of Spinaloga and Mirambelo bay. The main bedroom also boasts a private jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

The lower level presents a well-equipped gym, an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi featuring hydrotherapy and color therapy technology, and an additional bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a large heated swimming pool (58sqm), an exterior kitchenette, and a gas BBQ for delightful culinary experiences. A spacious shaded area with a dining table serves as the perfect setting for private entertainment and gatherings with friends. Accessible via a path, the villa s private garden boasts a rich variety of local plants, organic produce, and aromatic herbs, which can be explored using an interactive app. Enjoy the nutritional value of these plants as you incorporate them into your culinary creations. The villa s vineyard, olive garden, and pomegranate trees further enhance the unique ambiance, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The villa is situated in the cosmopolitan area of Elounda, just 60m from a sandy beach and 1km from the picturesque village of Plaka. In Plaka, there is a mini-market for your daily groceries as well as many cafes and seaside restaurants. In the nearby village of Kato Elounda (2km), you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakery, commercial stores, and many seaside establishments, coffee shops, and beach bars along the long beach and marina. The city of Heraklion is 65km away, and the international airport is 70km away.

The area offers a wide variety of beaches, both organized and not, to satisfy every taste. The nearby beach is just 60m from the property, and in a small radius, you will find a lot of beaches such as Agios Nikolaos (350m), Agios Paraskevi (750m), Agios Marina (1km), Plaka (1.2km), Elounda (2.2km), and Chiona (4km).

The location combines peace and relaxation with a wide selection of activities. In the nearby area, you will find boat rental services, water sports establishments, routes for hiking and bicycle riding.
