The villa’s design is inspired by modern architecture with influence of the Japanese Zen-style homes as in the case of the bedrooms. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. From the lounge, all the way to the bathrooms, the property is a picture of luxury and sophistication. It has all the modern amenities you could ask for in a home.
With numerous palaces and castles in the Sintra area, being a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site, this modern and elegant villa is truly one of a kind.
The Villa is set over three floors:
The entrance of the house is on this floor. You’ll find a modern living room with chimney and opens to the infinity pool and the garden. Here, you also have the ultra-modern kitchen equipped with all the modern amenities of a professional kitchen. All the 4 bedrooms can also be found on this floor. Two of which are fitted with queen-size beds, dressing rooms and an intimate view of the pool. One bedroom has a king-size bed, also with a dressing room, while the last bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a dressing room and an en suite full bathroom.
To complete this floor are two other separate bathrooms with shower and toilet and a WC.
Here, you’ll find the elegant and spacious lounge with comfortable modern sofas, a study or work area, and the entertainment room with huge flat screen TV, Cable, and DVD Player.
Down here you have the Spa with indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool for 6 people. This is more like a wellness floor as here; you’d also find fully functional gym with fitness equipment. To complete this floor is another separate toilet.
Apart from the landscaped garden and the 15 x 5 meters infinity pool, you also have a large terrace with table for 8 people which is perfect for al fresco dining. You also have a barbecue area, 3 parasols and sun loungers by the pool. You also have an onsite parking for 8 cars.
The city of Lisbon is rich in architecture; Romanesque, Gothic, Manueline, Baroque, Modern and Postmodern constructions can be found all over Lisbon. The city is also crossed by historical boulevards and monuments along the main thoroughfares, particularly in the upper districts; notable among these are the Avenida da Liberdade (Avenue of Liberty), Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo, Avenida Almirante Reis and Avenida da República (Avenue of the Republic).
There are a lot of fun activities that can be had all over Lisbon. There are museums, restaurants, bars and cafes, and other outdoor fun like surfing, and other water sports.
