The apartment is in a very central spot as it is walking distance to the City Center and just about 10 minutes to Las Ramblas.
Set in a 19th century building with a lift, the apartment is quiet and private. The apartment has an area of 90 square meters. It has a lovely terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or evening aperitif. This terrace can be both accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. This accommodation can comfortably host a relatively larger group of up to 10 people.
The apartment is newly renovated and its interior speaks for itself. The cozy living room is fitted with a comfortable sofa and a huge flat-screen TV and has a noticeably high ceiling. Sant Antoni is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona with Sant Antoni Market as its popular landmark. The area is one of the oldest in the city and is popular for its secondhand book stalls on a weekend. Apart from this, the area is also surrounded by different establishments such as shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and etc.
The area has a rich history but in recent years, the neighborhood is seen as one of the quieter neighborhood in the city. It is also in close proximity with the Boqueria market.
For foodies, the traditional Catalan food restaurants are just around the corner as well as other restaurants.
