Well, for one thing, she doesn't care about keeping clean and personal hygiene. In fact, she outwardly rejects it. And she proves it by masturbating with vegetables, not even bothering to clean them before using them. And it's this sort of dirty behavior and mindset that gets her into the hospital. Whilst there, she attempts to reunite her divorced parents and falls in love with a male nurse. Looks like there's something to be said about keeping clean after all!
