Located on the fourth floor of a building along Rue de Surène, this luxury Paris apartment rental is situated in a great location as the area is lined with fashion houses, art galleries, theaters, cafes, and cinemas, giving you access to numerous establishments during your stay. This tastefully decorated apartment boasts 75 square meters of living space which is composed of a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom that can accommodate up to six people. It is, however, important to note that this apartment is exclusively for long-term rental only, with a minimum of one month stay.
