Bali - Aquila Villa Seminyak

Nestled in the beautiful Island of Bali, Aquila Villa is a newly built, modern styled private luxury villa situated in the bubbly heart of the popular and chic area of Seminyak. It is in walking distance to a vast array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping spots, nightlife, and the Seminyak beach.

Set over two floors, and with an area spanning 500 square-meters, this stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury villa with a powder room, offers you all the amenities for a relaxed and unforgettable stay in this tropical paradise. It has a private pool for your exclusive use and provides an intimate and private setting. It can comfortably host a party of up to 6 guests. The hospitable and accommodating staff are English speaking, and has a stationed security guard for your peace of mind.

The villa is modern and well-stocked. Its dominant white color, large glass windows and glass doors, and the mixture of marble and wooden finished floors, add to its elegant and contemporary look. From the outside, the lush garden adds an earthly and refreshing green accent to the overall look of this gorgeous villa perfect for a holiday home.

The lower level has the bright and spacious living area. You’ll find a huge L-shaped comfortable sofa good for 6 people bean bags for lounging, an elegant wooden centerpiece, huge flat screen Cable TV, DVD Player, a Marshall sound system which enables you to play music via Bluetooth, and other modern fixtures.

Adjacent the living is the dining area which seats up to 8 guests. Nearby is the modern and equipped kitchen. Here, you’ll find a Hob/Hood, Microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, plates, wine glasses and other urban conveniences. To complete this level is the powder room for the convenience of other guests.

On to the upper level, you’ll find all the three spacious and lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, a day bed, a Master Terrazo bath tub, and an en suite bathroom with rainshower and toilet. The guest bedroom is also fitted with a king-size bed and its respective en suite bathroom. The last bedroom is fitted with either two single beds or 1 king-size bed and also has its own en suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

On this level, you’ll find a deck or terrace with exquisite native sofa set overlooking the pool and the garden.

The clean and well-maintained 14.5 x 4 meters pool sits quietly in the lush garden where you will find sun loungers, a pool deck and an outdoor shower. Here, an outdoor BBQ gas grill can also be found.

For other personal conveniences, please note that the entire villa is WIFI enabled. All rooms are air conditioned and that Aquila Villa is family friendly and has amenities for children. For added security, you also have a safety deposit box at your disposal.

A rich daily Breakfast is included but our chef will be also very happy to serve you on request his best dishes or traditional Indonesian snacks. We offer you a selection of Western and Asian cuisine on the menu to choose or also In-Villa- BBQ, subject to additional costs.
