The living area is furnished with an L-shaped couch, a chair, a center table, modern centerpieces, and a media shelf with a television to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Located just behind the living area is the dining area with a 5-seater dining set in which you can enjoy the lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s minimalist and monochromatic kitchen.
The well-equipped kitchen contains cooking essentials, including a coffee machine, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and an oven, that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. A combo washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are also placed in the apartment to aid you in your vacation chores.
The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a nightstand, and a mounted flat screen television. The first bedroom has an en-suite open-plan bathroom with a toilet, double sinks, bathroom shelves, a mirror, and a bathtub with a detachable shower head for your convenience.
The second bedroom, on the other hand, is fully-equipped with a bench-like single bed with a pull-out bed that’s meant to sleep two people, a nightstand, armchair, and a television to keep you entertained in the comforts of your own bed. It, similarly, has an en-suite bathroom that is fully-furnished with a sink, a toilet, a mirror, and a shower area.
One of the best features of the apartment, however, is the sitting room beside the living area that has clear glass walls that gives you beautiful views of the enchanting garden. It has two armchairs and a center table, making it the perfect breakfast spot to start your day wonderfully. Another table set is placed out in the garden with six chairs for a lovely dinner with your family and friends.

Excellent restaurants, such as Restaurant Prunier, Mayfair Garden Paris, Atelier Vivanda Lauriston, Bustronome - Paris, Schum, and Chef Garozzo, are located nearby, along with bars and pubs, including Bar Restaurant Sir Winston, Le Touring, The Honest Lawyer, St. Andrew G&R Pub. Cheap eats, some of which include Le 16 Grande Armee, Casa Tommaso, Nai Brasserie, and Pizza Pizze, can be easily accessed so you need not worry about your meals and entertainment during your stay.
The best feature of the location, however, is its proximity to some of the best Parisian attractions, including the Arc de Triomphe, and close to the Trocadero and Palais de Chaillot, Madeleine church, Concorde Plaza, the Palais de la Découverte, Petit Palais Museum, and the Grand Palais. The Champs-Elysees is also the main site for all major celebrations of Paris, some of which include New Year’s Eve and military parades on the 14th of July. The Jardins des Champs-Elysées is also located within the area, making it easier for you to sightsee the city.
