Ancient summer residence of the Archbishops of Urbino, Villa Tombolina dominates the Metauro valley from the Gola del Furlo to Fano, an ancient Roman city on the Adriatic Sea. From its strategic position it is possible to reach the sea in a few minutes and easily reach attractions such as the Conero Riviera, the Frasassi Caves, the Rocca di Gradara.

Villa Tombolina is a very exclusive holiday home with 15 total beds for groups of friends or families who want to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday together such as a large well-kept garden, an exclusive swimming pool (5x11) with a shallow water area for children, play area, gazebos and relaxation areas. A private chapel is also available where it is possible to celebrate weddings or private rites.

The villa is rented to a single group and therefore all rooms are for the exclusive use of guests

There is no fixed caretaker on site but only a reception office with set daily times

(2 + 1 beds) The only area has two huge sliding windows that open onto the private terrace furnished with sun loungers and a table with chairs. The sleeping area has a double bed in wrought iron and has the possibility of adding another single bed, two bedside tables, two-door built-in wardrobe, 2-drawer cabinet and TV, kitchenette with electric hobs, table with chairs and display cabinet, refrigerator, bathroom with small window, shower, toilet, sink, mirror and hairdryer.

Sheets and towels are provided for free and you can find an extra set of pillows, if you prefer softer or harder ones.
