Located on the second floor of an elegant Haussmann building, this large, stylish, and fully-air conditioned apartment gives you the luxury Parisian experience you deserve. With its modern interiors and large space, this apartment is ideal for a relaxed, fun-filled vacation. It is, in addition, situated near the Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower, making it easier for you to tour the city while cutting back on travel expenses. It is, however, important to note that the apartment is a residential building and to keep the building quiet, we do not accept children below 12 years old.
With an area of 90 square meters, the Champs Elysées - Chaillot boasts a modern yet elegantly decorated living area, a dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests. Its open living area is composed of two large sofas, a center table, built-in shelves, a desk with a chair, a fireplace, and a large flat screen TV to help you relax after a long day of going around the city. A telephone and high-speed WiFi connection are also available to keep you entertained throughout your stay in this luxury apartment.
Just a few steps from the living space is the dining area with a table and six chairs in which you can enjoy the lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s fully-equipped kitchen situated beside the dining area. The kitchen contains cooking essentials, including a boiler, a coffee maker, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, and an oven, that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. The kitchen even has a counter with two seats that would be ideal for a quick morning bite before heading out.
With two bedrooms and two baths, this apartment is ideal for couples or a small group of friends. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a television, built-in cabinets, and an en-suite bathroom that is fully-equipped with a bath, a separate shower area, double sink, a mirror, a toilet, and a television for your convenience.
The second bedroom, on the other hand, is furnished with a queen-size bed, a chair, a bedside table with a lamp, and built-in cabinets.
