A harmonious escape that rejuvenates both body and soul, Villa Kavya is aptly named after the Sanskrit word for “poetry”. Designed by Indonesian architect Sekar, the 1,450 sqm property is a masterful ode to modern Balinese style, featuring shingle roofs, teak wooden flooring, concrete walls and cream-coloured granite.

- Ground Floor: Main entrance, open living and dining area, three guest bedrooms, media room, kitchen, swimming pool and expansive manicured lawn and garden.
- Second Floor: Master s bedroom with a terrace and rooftop garden.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 8 persons.
- Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Three additional beds are available.

LIVING AREAS:
- The dining and kitchen areas are thoughtfully positioned adjacent to one another, creating a seamless and inviting space that enhances the flow of daily living.
- The open-plan design extends into the living area, where relaxation is effortlessly achieved while enjoying views of the pool and lush garden.

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
