Mykonos Villa Azzura

Talking about complete comfort, this large newly-built villa situated in the area of Aleomandra at the SW part of Mykonos consists of a central building with a capacity to accommodate 12 people. On one hand, its smaller self-contained studio can host up to 4 people. It looks out over the islands of Delos and Rhenia and has the most spectacular sunset views. It conforms to a very high standard of service and provides all the comforts required for an elite holiday of relaxation and enjoyment.

The main building spreads out on three levels. The upper level consists of two large bedrooms, each with double beds and private balconies. In the first room, decorated in a warm and homely feeling, there is a fireplace and a cozy sitting area. The large bay windows unravel magnificent panoramic sea views. The second bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. The rooms are separated by a convenient office area. The main living/dining area is fitted with a lovely fireplace and a bar. The ground floor consists of an independent guest suite with a private entrance, bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette. At the pool level (lower level), there is a large unit with four bedrooms and a large sitting/recreation area. The first bedroom has its own bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a fireplace, kitchenette and shower room. The third and fourth bedrooms are also spacious with sitting areas of their own and shower rooms.

All bedrooms have direct access to the pool whereas the fourth bedroom has a private entrance. The larger living/recreation space is full of light as it is fitted with sliding windows & doors which give out on the pool. The gym and the showers are located on this floor. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen area. Outside the main building, there is a path leading to the self-contained, spacious (80 m2) annex and the pool. This unit is built on two levels, providing one bedroom on the first floor and a sitting area on the second (sleeps another 2 guests). There is a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with sea views. In the garden, there is a large T-shaped pool with an internal soft water heated Jacuzzi. Furthermore, there is an outdoor shaded terrace with BBQ facilities.
